Balancing Experiential Excitement with a Premium Dining Identity
The live tuna cutting show is inherently dramatic and theatrical — but ATO is a premium omakase restaurant with a refined, understated identity. The challenge was to design an on-site event experience that felt exciting and engaging for guests, without compromising the restaurant's high-end brand image.
This required careful consideration of every touchpoint — from event flow and guest communication to visual materials — ensuring the experience felt elevated and intentional rather than casual or performative.
