Expanding Reach Across Diverse Customer Groups
As a new QSR brand, the challenge was to grow beyond a single customer base and build relevance across diverse audiences — from students and local community members to nearby office workers.
Each group has different dining habits, needs, and motivations. This required developing targeted campaigns and activations that could speak to each audience while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
